Congregational Church, 1876
We, the undersigned, having, as we trust, been brought to the knowledge of Christ as a Saviour of mankind. having for some time made a profession of the surrender of ourselves to Him - having confidence in each others Christian Character, and having now read and carefully considered the Declaration of Faith, Church Order and Discipline, contained in the Congregational Year Book for 1875 and at the Commencement of this Record, and being in general agreement therewith hereby unite ourselves together as a Church of Christ according to the principles, and for the purposes therein set forth.
In token whereof we do solemnly subscribe our names on this the second day of January in the year of Our Lord 1876
